mac starts talking in 1984 when steve jobs introduced it, & that was an innovation by it self.. but how it's going to useful..!
to be honest i wasn't relaying on that a lot until know, when i was digging up my mac i discovered..

That i don't have to read what's on the screen any more mac can do it for me..
go to system preferences → Speech.
tick "speak selected text when the key is pressed" & assign any combination of keys.. done
know highlight any text & press the keys that you assigned, enjoy

i have tried "google earth" app on the iphone & to be honest I'm amazed it's very rich app i mean it can be controlled by touch tilting, panning & of course pinching (zooming)
btw the blue dot is my location which is a great feature.
It's free, available in 20 countries, running in all 18 languages that the iPhone supports. (not in every app store)

I was impressed how well the iPhone version kept up with the performance, features, and usability of Google Earth for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux--at least, while using a Wi-Fi network connection. For example, your view of the world starts looking straight down, but you can tilt the view so terrain contours are visible, and generating that variable perspective takes some significant processing.

the news says that apple stops delivering the mac mini to there retail stores & inform them that there's no more mac minis will be delivered, I hope apple will not give up on this beloved product and all that stopping thing is just to refresh & update.

Guess the rumors were right, apple is going to Throw an event on the 14th but this time it's about the macs, hope there's a turn over product or something really mind blowing such as a touch screen macbook or i don't know maybe a macbook under $1000 as same as the rest of brands

Alright, well, I came across this in one of the Flickr Groups I'm a member in, about this incredible keyboard...so, I kinda did my search and watched few reviews on that product....It's cool, and mostly geeky! Yeah! hehehehe

Andriod is a google new platform and a new system, actually it's an open source so anyone can write an app on it & T-mobile had the honor to present the first "G1"

Its been outrageous busy since Ramadan started, I cannot believe that this is my first post in two weeks. I miss the days when Ramadan use to be relaxed and you actually get to do things slower with spiritual atmosphere, Not any more i guess.

Last week I was developing an application, web based application and usually when it comes to database related work. I would do the usual, draw all the diagrams, finalize it and spend one or two days "manually" putting those diagrams into SQL format. but, this time it was different, I found a tool that take care of that for you, SQLEditor is a visual interface where you can draw all your tables, define all the columns and setup the relation between the tables or any other attribute. By the end of the day, all you have to do is export your work in SQL format or even specify the database inside SQLEditor preferences and its automatically connect to the database and do the work for you.

what we saw back on the 9th of sep was really good & creative specially the variety of colors & all the other good stuff

but what We I was really waiting for is the Mac, & thank god there is a glance of it coming on the 14th of Oct, no offense for the "Let's Rock" event & all the ipods i really like them all

next week from today on the 9th of September a new ipod will arrive, this what everybody is sure about..
but There is currently nothing indicating that this will be a combined iPod-Mac event (which falls in line with recent buzz), but it's widely expected that Apple will introduce a new iPod nano design along with possible iPod touch price drops.
As always, you can expect to find live coverage of this Apple Special Event on the net..

Just finished working on this little widget, took me exactly 5 minutes to finish it with DashCode. I did not spend much time exploring the development tool such as XCode, DashCode and interface builder yet. But, am starting to like it and I guess I will be doing some more work with it in the near future
