WWDC 2008: “A landmark event” from June 9-13

actually this is the most awaited event "WWDC" for me at least, It's only March but Apple is already busy planning out the remainder of its year. The next major (non-press-only) Apple event for Mac fans is the annual Worldwide Developers Conference, which is supposed to be focused on, well, developers. Well, the dates have been announced: June 9 through 13, 2008. As usual, WWDC will take place at Moscone West in San Francisco, California.
Apple is offering 3 tracks for developers: iPhone, Mac, and IT. The iPhone focus will certainly be a big part of the WWDC keynote "SteveNote" with the recent announcement of the iPhone SDK. The first of the 3rd party iPhone applications will officially launch at the end of June.
That means the keynote is likely to be set at June 9, 2008, a Tuesday Monday, and tech journos everywhere can now resume planning their summer vacations around it. What's up with the two bridges? Maybe they're talking about iPhone and Mac Dev...yes, says so on the WWDC site. UPDATE: Keynote likely on Monday, not Tuesday.
