This is very upsetting news, since evening the internet is acting very slow pages are taking much longer to load. It seems like there is a cable damaged between Alexandria and Marselle in France. What ever was the cause of this, it might take longer than expected to be fixed.

OS X 10.5 allows the user to view folders placed in the dock in two very beautiful and helpful ways -- Fan or Grid. Apple refers to this new feature as Stacks. Here is how to use this new aspect of Leopard.
Any folder can be placed into the dock by dragging and dropping. The contents of these folders can be viewed in two new ways.
Fan displays the folder contents as a leaning tower "fanning" away. Fan is idea for folders with few items.

Grid displays the folder contents as a grid on the screen. Grid is an efficent way to view a great numbers of items within a folder at once. An application folder is an excellent example of this.

You may switch between these two by either right-clicking (ctrl-click) on the folder icon in the dock or just clicking and holding the icon. Either way, the option menu will appear and you can select through the "View as" menu.

Here are some real life examples of these in action:

I just found a great tool to add more fun to your Mail client. I was always annoyed with the limited number of templates on Mail. Now, equinux is introducing more than 100 new stationaries in one pack. I really enjoyed the many categories listed and my favorite was the iPhone theme.

Yup, I cannot believe it too in three days the total received data on my phone reached 2.88GB which is very impressive for a phone. Although, while using the phone in the past 4 days I've noticed its much faster when connected through cable plus there is stability issues when it comes to bluetooth, which I couldn't figure until now. Another important element is the location e.g in Kaifan it was giving me up to 300KB/sec. I went the other day to Hawalli & from there I couldn't get a steady 80KB/sec the same thing applies to Salmyah.

One of the new features in OS X 10.5 is the ability to display a Mosaic screen saver from a group of pictures. The mosaic feature can be difficult to find. Here is how to enable it.
When I first tell people about the cool new Mosaic screen saver, they often have problems finding it. It's listed as a Display Option instead of being in the Screen Saver list.
1. Open System Preferences
2. Select Desktop & Screen Saver
3. Select the Screen Saver tab
4. Select one of your images folders in the left hand column
5. Select Mosaic as a Display Option as documented in the screenie below.
